Initiate Your Return

Prepare the Package
Carefully place the jewelry in its original COEUR DE LION gift box and secure it inside a padded mailing envelope to prevent damage during transit.
Attach the Label
Print the prepaid shipping label generated by our portal and affix it securely to the outside of your return package, ensuring no other tracking labels are visible.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated courier service and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt at our warehouse.
